KONQER is operated from France. Requests submitted through this site are processed to evaluate the business need, create a CRM record, and respond to the person who contacted us.

Data we collect

The conquest request form collects the information you provide: name, work email, company, role, website, selected priority, message, consent status, campaign attribution parameters, landing path, referrer, and technical request metadata needed for security and traceability.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to answer your request, qualify whether KONQER can help, and keep an auditable record of the intake path. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in operating a B2B request workflow.

Recipients

Data may be routed to governed internal systems such as Directus for routing/event records and EspoCRM for lead management. It is not sold as a contact list and is not used for autonomous outbound execution.

Retention

Request records are retained only as long as needed for qualification, commercial follow-up, auditability, and legal obligations. Records that do not become an active business relationship are reviewed for deletion or minimization.

Your rights

If GDPR applies to you, you can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can also withdraw consent for future processing.
